The Sin Show
THE SIN SHOW was the #1 top-selling show in the 2009 Capital Fringe Festival.
THE SIN SHOW examines how temptation turns humans into completely different beings, and how sinful behavior drives a wedge between us and the ones we love.
Directed by Amy Couchoud (who directed CHOCOLATE JESUS) and SpeakeasyDC director, Amy Saidman, THE SIN SHOW is presented as a part of the 2009 Capital Fringe Festival. Features favorites from SpeakeasyDC’s storyteller roster taking an unflinching personal look at the bad and the ugly of human fallibility, and the good that comes from lessons learned. No sin is left behind during the ninety-minute performance:

Performances are at The Mountain at Mount Vernon Place United Methodist Church, 900 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W. in the District on:
Saturday, July 11 at 10pm
Friday, July 17 at 10pm
Wednesday, July 22 at 10
Friday, July 24 at 8pm

Washington Post Going Out Gurus added us to top shows to see list: “Everybody seemed to be talking about SpeakeasyDC last year (and the year before that) with shows like Chocolate Jesus and Revenge of the Cat-Headed Baby. The theater company sure knows how to tell a story and make it captivating…”
